1. Why must I create an account. The simple answer is, it makes life easier for everyone if you have an account. You can write reviews, ask us to price match, re-download your designs, and look up previous purchases if you have an account. If you don't have an account, none of that is possible because no records are kept within the database.

2. I keep getting re-directed to the log-in page even though it says I am logged in. We are not entirely sure why this happens to a few customers. The only thing that seems to work is for you to log off, close the page, clear your temporary internet files ( cache ), and log back in. If you still have problems, please use the "Contact Us" form.

3. I am unable to download part of my order or I have a design issue what can I do? Email us by replying to your receipt email or use the "Contact Us" form. Please try to provide your order number ( included in your receipt ) so we can help you more quickly. Also please try to be as specific as possible about the problem. The more information you provide, the more likely we will find a quick solution.

4. When I click +ZOOM to enlarge an image nothing happens. How can I see the bigger pictures? First check to see if you have a pop-up blocker stopping the images from opening. The images open in a small "pop-up window". If you DO have a pop-up blocker, you need to either turn it off long enough to view the pictures or add our site to your "allow pop-ups" section. The ONLY pop ups our site uses are for the images.

Second, if you are NOT using a pop-up blocker but you cannot see the enlarged images, try minimizing your browser window to see if the image popped up BEHIND the open window. I am not sure why that happens with some browsers but many times if you can't see them, they will show up when you close the browser.

5. I am unable to log in to my current account or create a new account. First, if you are sure you have already created an account, you may need to close the browser window, clear your temporary internet files (cache), and try to log in again. If that does not work try this:

Choose the "forgot password" option. The store software will generate a new password and email it to you. Use the new password to login and then immediately change the password (in "My Account") to something easy to remember. NOTE: If you copy & paste the password from the email message, you must make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the password letters or it will not work.

If this does not resolve your issue or if you have other questions or comments please use the "Contact Us" form or copy this email address into a new message: cs @ bestsewingdeals.com. Delete the spaces before and after the @ sign to create a working email address.
