We offer free ground shipping to continental US destinations on all Singer® Brand sewing and embroidery machines and all other purchases over $100. A signature is required for delivery of all purchases over $25. We do not ship to non-US destinations at all.
Shipping costs are incurred for all items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, and other out of country US military addresses including Singer® sewing and embroidery machines.
Shipping costs for items other than Singer® machines are calculated automatically upon checkout.
LESSONS
We offer lessons in everything from basic sewing to specialty techniques of all types. You can get more information or schedule a specific time for lessons by calling the store (703)490-1536. We hope to offer video lessons on CD in the future.
Even if you purchased your machine from someone else we can teach you how to use it. Please call the store for more information.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
Due to increased online fraud we have been forced to implement the following policies concerning Credit Card Payments:
Credit card orders will only be shipped to the billing address unless you have a verified second address on file with your credit card company or you fax us your credit card order via the fax form so we have a signature for the order on file. Please provide a valid telephone number so we can verify your faxed information in case it is not readable. All orders by credit card, must be signed for at delivery by the card holder unless you have waived this protection on the fax form.
Please note that we also verify all credit card transactions with the card issuer.
These policies are for everyone's protection. It prevents your card from unauthorized use and it protects us from chargebacks and "lost" merchandise. We apologize if this causes you any inconvenience.
RETURNS
We gladly accept returns for items damaged in shipment or incorrect items shipped. Please contact us within 5 business days to report the issue and request a return authorization. You MUST send the item back with the return authorization number and require us to sign for it upon delivery. We do not offer refunds.
