At BestSewingDeals.com we appreciate your decision to shop with us. One way we say thank you to our customers is through our new Loyalty Rewards Program. Beginning 08/01/09, when you shop at BestSewingDeals.com, you will earn store credit equal to 5% of every purchase made in our online shop which you may use toward future purchases.

Here is an example of how it works. If you purchase an item for $10.00, you will earn $0.50 in store credit. Upon making your next purchase, you can redeem your store credit to receive a discount of up to $0.50 (5% of the total of your previous order). You can use your credit each time you make a new purchase or save it up until you have enough to purchase something using only store credit (i.e. free of charge).

We understand that you have many choices when shopping for embroidery designs and machines and we hope that we will have the opportunity to meet and beat your expectations again and again.

Loyalty Rewards Program FAQ

Are all products eligible for the rewards program?
Yes, except gift certificates and items that are free of charge. The store credit is based on the final dollar amount spent not including shipping and tax.

How do I sign up for the rewards program?
By creating an account on our site you are automatically enrolled in the program.

How do I view my accumulated store credit?
To view your current store credit amount (if any), log into your account and you will see a new side-box entitled "Store Credit" in the right sidebar. It will also appear on the checkout page when you place your order. If you do not have points you will not see the box or the information on the checkout page.

How do I redeem store credit I've earned?
During the checkout process, there will be an option to apply the store credit earned to your order. If you wish to apply your store credit, put the mark in the check-box.

Can I earn store credit for past orders?
Unfortunately store credit cannot be applied to orders made before 08/01/09.

If I apply store credit to an order but decide to return or exchange that order, can I apply my store credit to the next order?
Store credit can only be used once (whether or not the item is returned or exchanged).

If I return an item will the store credit earned be deducted from my account?
Yes, the store credit earned for the purchase of an item are deducted if the product is returned, and any points that have been redeemed will be reversed.

Can I get cash back instead?
Sorry, no. Store credit can only be applied as a discount to purchases on our website and cannot be redeemed for cash. If your store credit available exceeds the purchase price for an order, the 'leftover' store credit is kept in your account to be used for yet another future purchase.
