Beautiful handcrafted copper Locomotive.

Size approximately 10" x 6"

These were created by a very special process. The background is created by scoring a sheet of copper on a lathe. An artist was commissioned to hand carve a piece of art used to create a mold. Then copper powder was put into the mold and covered with a hot crushed pecan rosin to create the figure, which was then mounted to the copper.

These are no longer made and are extremely hard to find. My parents had a gift shop and these were in storage. They are all that remain.
